June 28, 2009 – Crime #749

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On June 10, 2009 between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. a residence in the 300 block of Jones Road, Centralia was burglarized. The burglars ransacked the residence stealing a small safe, coin collection, metal detector, Xbox video game system, a .22 caliber bolt action rifle, and a 12 gauge shotgun. The loss is estimated over $3000 dollars.

 Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft investigation. On June 16, 2009 a technician with Verizon Wireless reported copper wire and two copper buss plates were stolen from a cell tower located in the 700 block of Frost Road, Winlock. The theft of the copper buss plates and copper wire is estimated to be approximately $2000 dollars.

June 14, 2009 – Crime #747

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On June 4, 2009 a representative from the Riverside Fire Authority reported a burglary to the fire department’s radio shed.  The radio shed is located in the 200 block of Manners Road. The burglars caused over $3,500 dollars in damage to the building to gain entry and steal a Honda generator, model #EU3000IS. The serial number for this generator is EXGF1221252. The damage and loss is estimated over $5,200 dollars.

June 7, 2009 – Crime #746

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Centralia Police Department are seeking your assistance in a robbery investigation at West Coast Bank, Centralia. The bank was robbed on May 8, 2009 by a male, possibly wearing makeup, who is approximately 5’8″ to 5’9″, 160-170 pounds, wearing a white bandana with long black hair in dreadlocks.  The suspect was wearing sunglasses, dark colored sweatshirt, bluish grey athletic pants, and white latex gloves.  After the suspect demanded money from a bank teller he fled the area.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County is seeking your information to solve several suspicious fires in Lewis County. A joint investigation with the Riverside Fire Authority, Centralia Police Department, and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office have identified nine unexplained fires that have several similarities. A suspicious vehicle has been seen in the area during the time of the fires.

The vehicle has been described as a white two wheel drive Ford Ranger extended cab. This vehicle was seen leaving several of the fire scenes.
