August 30, 2009 – Crime #758

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in an arson to a recovered stolen vehicle. On August 22, 2009 at about 0630 hours Lewis County Deputies investigated a 2000 Acura Integra, silver in color, which was reported stolen from Thurston County. The smoldering stolen vehicle was located in the 100 block of Ramsaur Road, Centralia. The loss is estimated over $6,000.

August 23, 2009 – Crime #757

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft investigation. On August 12, 2009 at about 1800 hours the homeowner left a Stihl rototiller, Stihl limb trimmer, and a generator sitting in the front yard of her property in the 200 block of Spencer Road. The following day around 1600 hours the victim discovered her tools had been stolen. The loss is estimated to be approximately $2175 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a vehicle prowl investigation. On July 19, 2009 a homeowner in the 100 block of Kauer Road parked his vehicle in front of his residence. The next day he discovered someone forced their way into his vehicle, stealing a Garmin 1200 GPS system and a Guardian interlock device. The loss is estimated over $1425 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a residential burglary investigation. Between July 24th and July 25th burglars made entry into a residence in the 3300 block of Cooks Hill Road, Centralia. Burglars ransacked the residence stealing a laptop computer, external hard drive, a Garmin GPS, two 50 packs of DVD-R, a Wii gaming system with accessories and three games, and other miscellaneous items. The loss is estimated over $2600 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation between July 23rd at 5:30 p.m. and when it was discovered on July 24th at 6:00 a.m. Burglars forced their way into a U.S. Forest Service building located in the 10000 block of U.S. Highway 12, Randle. The burglars stole two laptop computers, two computer monitors, and two tower computers. The loss is estimated over $5200 dollars.
