September 27, 2009 – Crime #762

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a malicious mischief investigation. Lewis County deputies investigated multiple windows being broken out of the DSHS office located in the 1000 block of Kresky Avenue, Centralia. The owner of the building reported an unknown person had shot out the windows on the building about seven times. Each time the windows are broken out it costs the building owner approximately $1000 dollars. Crime Stoppers is asking for your assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for this damage.

September 20, 2009 – Crime #761

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a vehicle prowl investigation. On September 4, 2009 a property owner in the 1700 block of Cline Road, Randle discovered his vacation motor home and travel trailer was broken into. The thieves caused damage to both doors and stole a Kenwood car stereo, a stereo amp and speaker, a Magnavox TV 28″, 3 RV batteries, and a TV/VCR combo. The loss in this theft is estimated over $2300 dollars.

September 13, 2009 – Crime #760

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. A homeowner discovered his residence in the 1700 block of State Route 505, Toledo was burglarized between 8:00 p.m. on August 30, 2009 and when it was discovered on August 31, 2009 at about 5:00 p.m. The victim reported to Lewis County deputies the following items were stolen:

- black 18″ by 12″ jewelry box containing bracelets, rings, earrings, and necklaces both gold and silver

- Glock 17 semiautomatic handgun

- Winchester .308 caliber rifle

- Winchester .22 caliber rifle

- Savage 7mm rifle

- JC Higgins shotgun

- other miscellaneous items                       

The total loss is estimated over $4000 dollars.

September 6, 2009 – Crime #759

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a vehicle prowl investigation. On August 22, 2009 between 10:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. thieves broke into a vehicle in the 100 block of Sturdevant Road, Chehalis. The victim reported to Lewis County deputies the following items were stolen: a Duel CD player with detachable face; two Audiopipe DVC 10 inch speakers in a box, blue in color; approximately 300 CDs; and an Olympus digital camera. The total value was estimated over $3500 dollars.
