On November 10, 2009 at about 7:00 p.m. a victim in the 1700 block of State Route 505, Toledo returned home to discover their residence had been broken into. The burglars ransacked the residence and stole the following items:
- Winchester model 88, .308 caliber rifle, serial number 11396
- HR shotgun, serial number CAC095943
– .22 Marlin rifle, serial number 91622966
– Glock model 17 pistol, serial number NSL010
– Ammunition
– Two Leopold scopes
– Firearm rings and mounts
– Other miscellaneous items
