Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Winlock Police Department are seeking your assistance in an assault investigation. On November 14th, 2010 at approximately 6:00 p.m. officers responded to the 600 block of Dexter Ave in Winlock to investigate the report of a subject that had been stabbed following a verbal altercation.
The victim had stopped his motorcycle and confronted two male subjects on the sidewalk. A verbal exchange ensued and the victim was injured as a result of a knife wound.
Police are seeking any information from persons with knowledge of this crime. A gold colored SUV, possibly a Suburban was seen in the area and may have witnessed the attack.
