On May 20, 2011 at approximately 12:30 p.m. a business owner discovered several storage units in the 700 block of Airport Way, Morton had been broken into. The units were ransacked and items were stolen.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On 04/27/11 fire personnel from Fire District #11 discovered their fire station at 5234 State Route 6 was burglarized. Between 1:00 p.m. on 04/23/11 and 6:00 p.m. on 04/27/11 suspect(s) made forced entry into the building and stole the following items:

          – Two SCBA Air Packs (Carrier tank and mask)

          – Bolt Cutters – 18”, 24”, 36”

          – Generac Generator, 5000 Watt

          – Mcculloch Generator, 5700 Watt

          – Centaur Spreaders – (Jaws of Life)

          – Centaur Cutters – (Jaws of Life)

          – Two Stihl Chainsaws, MS460

          – Stihl Roof Saw, TS400

          – Craftsman Sawzall

          – Oxygen Tanks

          – Medical Supplies

          – Miscellaneous tools

The value of the theft is estimated over $18,000 dollars.

The majority of the tools have been recovered, but investigators are still seeking more information on the suspect(s) responsible for this crime.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. Unknown suspects entered into two properties in the 300-block of Garrard Creek Road, Rochester sometime between the evening hours of 4/28/11 and the morning hours of 04/29/11. The suspects forced entry into the buildings on these properties and stole several hundred dollars of house wire along with three large rolls of 4-gauge Tri-plex wire and an antique white claw-foot bathtub.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On April 11, 2011 fire personnel from Fire District #3 discovered their fire station was burglarized at 740 Green Mountain Rd, Mossyrock.

The Fire Department reported two Bushnell Trail Sentry Game Cameras, black in color, were stolen.  The value of the theft is estimated over $300 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On April 17, 2011 a citizen owning property in the 400 block of Short Road, Morton discovered their shop had been burglarized.  The victim reported to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office the following items were stolen:

          -Stihl 025 chainsaw    

          -Stihl 029 chainsaw    

          -Stihl weed trimmer    

          -DeWalt saw                

          -Honda generator, 7500 watt 

          -Honda generator, 2000 watt 

          -Honda generator, 2000 watt 

          -Mercury 9.9 horse boat motor 

          -Craftsman tool chest w/tools   

Several other items were also stolen. The value of this theft is estimated over $15,000 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis and the Centralia Police Department are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation.  On 01/27/11 suspects broke into a fifth wheel travel trailer parked at 1212 W. Main in Centralia.  The suspects stole an assortment of collector’s knives and seven firearms including:

  • Winchester pump shotgun
  • Winchester rifle, bolt action, 300 mag, with scope
  • Winchester rifle, bolt action, .243, with scope
  • Remington rifle, bolt action, .22, with scope
  • Coast to Coast rifle, lever action, .22, with scope
  • Shotgun, modified, pump action

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a burglary investigation. On February 11, 2011 a victim discovered his metal building in the 700 block of Coal Creek Rd, Chehalis was burglarized. The burglars stole the following items:

          – Kenmore front loading washer and dryer, brown in color

          – Craftsman rolling tool chest with stackable chests full of hand tools including drills, sockets, wrenches, and hammers

           -Husqvarna chainsaw, model 44

          -Woods upright freezer

          -Webber barbeque with stainless steel panels and propane tank

The value is estimated over $1200 dollars.

On February 12, 2011 a victim in the 2500 block of Seminary Hill Rd, Centralia reported a residential burglary. The victim discovered forced entry was made into their residence and a Century key lock safe, white in color, with an undisclosed amount of cash and prescription medications were stolen. The theft is estimated over $10,000 dollars.
