Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a malicious mischief investigation. The owner of a ‘74 Ford pickup reported his tires were slashed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. on 03/07/10 and 5:00 p.m. on 03/08/10. The malicious mischief occurred in the 3000 block of Jackson Highway.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a malicious mischief investigation. Lewis County deputies investigated multiple windows being broken out of the DSHS office located in the 1000 block of Kresky Avenue, Centralia. The owner of the building reported an unknown person had shot out the windows on the building about seven times. Each time the windows are broken out it costs the building owner approximately $1000 dollars. Crime Stoppers is asking for your assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for this damage.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Postal Service are seeking your information in a malicious mischief and a possible identity theft crime that occurred at the Cinebar Post Office. On April 22, 2009 at about midnight a citizen discovered multiple post office boxes had been pried open causing damage to the boxes and locks. So far a total of five mailboxes were damaged.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Centralia Police Department are seeking your assistance in malicious mischief to automatic teller machines (ATMs). On March 15, 2009 in the morning hours Centralia patrols took multiple reports of our local ATMs being vandalized. The ATM located at Venture Bank on South Gold St. had damage to the screen and also the ATM was spray painted with black paint. The same thing occurred at the Anchor Savings Bank in the 600 block of South Tower Ave. Centralia Police Departments believe the suspects are causing damage to the ATMs to hide their identity while they attempt to use victims’ debit cards and/or credit cards in an identity theft scheme.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance with an attempted burglary and malicious mischief. At about 11:30 p.m. on 12/16/08, burglars attempted to force their way into the Adna Grocery located in the 100 block of Bunker Creek Road, Chehalis. The attempted burglary cost the store nearly $500 in damages.
