Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in the theft of a four wheeler. On Saturday October 3, 2009 in the morning hours a homeowner in the 5400 block of Jackson Highway discovered their 2003 Yamaha Grizzly four wheeler, green in color, Washington license 377685A, was stolen. The victim reported to Lewis County deputies the four wheeler was parked behind the residence and it was last seen the previous day. The four wheeler is valued at $7100 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in an arson to a recovered stolen vehicle. On August 22, 2009 at about 0630 hours Lewis County Deputies investigated a 2000 Acura Integra, silver in color, which was reported stolen from Thurston County. The smoldering stolen vehicle was located in the 100 block of Ramsaur Road, Centralia. The loss is estimated over $6,000.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft investigation. On August 12, 2009 at about 1800 hours the homeowner left a Stihl rototiller, Stihl limb trimmer, and a generator sitting in the front yard of her property in the 200 block of Spencer Road. The following day around 1600 hours the victim discovered her tools had been stolen. The loss is estimated to be approximately $2175 dollars.

On June 16, 2009 a technician with Verizon Wireless reported copper wire and two copper buss plates were stolen from a cell tower located in the 700 block of Frost Road, Winlock. The theft of the copper buss plates and copper wire is estimated to be approximately $2000 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, and the U.S. Postal Service are seeking your information in a malicious mischief and a possible identity theft crime that occurred at the Cinebar Post Office. On April 22, 2009 at about midnight a citizen discovered multiple post office boxes had been pried open causing damage to the boxes and locks. So far a total of five mailboxes were damaged.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft and vehicle prowl investigation. A logging company reported to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office that their vehicle had been broken into between 4/21/09 at 5:00 p.m. and 4/22/09 at 5:00 a.m. The logging site is at milepost 6 on the 1000 line which is located off of Salmon Creek Road in Mossyrock. Stolen from the logging site were three toolboxes containing multiple various wrenches, sockets, specialty logging tools and a Uniden CB radio. The total loss is estimated to be $2600 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft investigation. On March 30, 2009 at about 9:10 p.m. Lewis County deputies investigated a theft in the 4100 block of State Route 6, Chehalis. The victim heard noises near the vicinity of his truck the night before in the evening hours. The next day the victim discovered his Super Swamper tires and four rims were stolen from his vehicle. The victim described the tires as 38.5 x 14.5 x 15 Super Swampers. The theft is valued at approximately $2,400 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a vehicle theft incident thatoccurred between 03/10/09 at 10:00 p.m. and 03/11/09 at 7:20 a.m. from the victim’s residence in the 800 block of Hwy 603 in Chehalis. The victim advised his Port Blakely Tree Farm company truck was stolen, which is described as a 2007 forest green Ford F-150, (WA, B30378E), with a black plastic tool box. Also in the vehicle were Port Blakely company items and tools, such as a Trimble Pro XRS backpack GPS unit, serial number 0224011614, valued at $15,000, along with a large amount of GPS mapping tools (tri-pods, levels, and assorted items). The truck also contained a Pro Stihl 36” chainsaw (no serial number or markings). The total value is estimated over $70,000.
