Crime Stoppers of Lewis and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft investigation.  On 03/31/11 between 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., suspect(s) stole a vehicle in the area of Slalom Way, Packwood.

The items stolen are described as:

          -1986 Ford Ranger pickup, white in color

          -Silver Tuff toolbox

          -MS 460 Stihl chainsaw

          -Makita Skill saw

          -Black & Decker jigsaw

          -Ryobi drill and drill hammer

          -Miscellaneous wood tools and mechanic tools

The lost is estimated over $2000 dollars.

On March 13th, 2011 at about 1:00 p.m. a business owner in the 1500 block of Bishop Rd discovered their 2007 dump trailer, license 0601TX, was stolen from a fenced compound. The dump trailer is black in color and is valued at about $5000 dollars.

Crime Stoppers of Lewis County and the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office are seeking your assistance in a theft of a motor vehicle investigation.  On January 22, 2011 a victim in the 400 block of Hart Road Winlock reported a white 1993 Honda Accord 4 door was stolen from a car lot. 

On January 31, 2011, Portland Police found the vehicle in their jurisdiction.  The vehicle was missing its wheels and tires. The loss is estimated over $2,000.

The chainsaws are valued at about $2000 dollars.

On November 23, 2010 in the morning hours an individual noticed his hay baler missing from the 800 block of Oyler Rd. A red and yellow New Holland Baler, model 570 S/N 90562, was stolen. The loss is estimated to be approximately $28,000 dollars.

On September 20, 2010 a homeowner in the 100 block of Fish Hatchery Road discovered their boat motor was stolen from their boat located on their dock off of Mayfield Lake. The boat motor is a 2 1/2 horse power, four cycle motor, grey in color, serial number 69MS1032549. The theft is valued over $1100 dollars.
